Mission Statement:

VOCAL Incorporated is a Community Organisation that provides support and information to Victims.

The service provides a co-ordinated approach to Victims of Crime support, to be flexible and innovative in it's ability to meet the varying support needs of all Victims.

The service also aids to provide Victims with the forum to participate in influencing policy and to be responsive and flexible in service delivery to both Victims, Professionals and the Public within Victoria.
